SSAAM’s mission is to provide provincial leadership and advocacy that supports appropriate educational programming for all students.
We encourage practices that are validated, inclusive, and responsive to the diverse needs of learners across Manitoba. Collaboration remains at the heart of our work, bringing student services leaders together to strengthen outcomes and support equitable learning environments across the province.
Our History
Established in 1977, SSAAM has contributed more than four decades of leadership in the field of student services across Manitoba.
Over the years, SSAAM has strengthened collaboration across school divisions, supported professional communities, and encouraged practices grounded in evidence and equity. Today, we continue to build on this history of informed advocacy, shared expertise, and a commitment to supporting all learners.
