Manitoba Council for Exceptional Children (MCEC) Yes I Can! Awards Art Donation Request

Manitoba Council for Exceptional Children (MCEC) is hosting the annual Yes I Can! Awards at 7 pm on Thursday Feb, 28, 2019 at the Victoria Inn in Winnipeg.   Once again, this year, MCEC plans to hold an Art Raffle at the MCEC Conference and Yes I Can! Awards events in order to raise funds in support of the Yes I Can! Awards Program, and specifically to help off-set travel costs for any Manitoba student who is selected to receive a Yes I Can!
